Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Honey and Colonial Fall Blend

Sweet Dandelion's Colonial Fall Blend and honey bring out the earthy and natural sweetness of these roasted sweet potatoes.


  • 6 medium sweet potatoes, cut into cubes aprox 1 inch

  • 1/3 cup local honey

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sweet Dandelion Colonial Fall Blend


  • Preheat oven to 375°F

  • Grease baking pan, set aside

  • Clean sweet potatoes and dry

  • Cut into 1 inch cubes

  • Into large bowl, whisk honey, oil, and Colonial Fall Blend

  • Add potatoes to mixture and toss to coat

  • Transfer

  • Place pan into pre-heated oven and roast until tender, 40-45 minutes, stirring once

  • Enjoy
