Sweet Dandelion's Colonial Fall Blend and honey bring out the earthy and natural sweetness of these roasted sweet potatoes.
Ingredients:
6 medium sweet potatoes, cut into cubes aprox 1 inch
1/3 cup local honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 Tablespoons Sweet Dandelion Colonial Fall Blend
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Grease baking pan, set aside
Clean sweet potatoes and dry
Cut into 1 inch cubes
Into large bowl, whisk honey, oil, and Colonial Fall Blend
Add potatoes to mixture and toss to coat
Transfer
Place pan into pre-heated oven and roast until tender, 40-45 minutes, stirring once
