3 TABLESPOON Sweet Dandelion Demitasse Rub
3 TABLESPOON butter
Preheat oven 375°F (350°F Convection) Combine 3 TBSP Sweet Dandelion Demitasse Rub with 3 TBSP butter in shallow dish Arrange chicken, breast side up for whole chicken, in a shallow roasting pan and spread rub all over to coat completely. You can refrigerate 2-12 hours if desired but not necessary. Roast chicken, basting every 20 minutes or so with pan juices, until skin is deep golden brown and crisp and meat is cooked through, about 1 hour. Set meat aside to rest 10 minutes (while preparing sides) then transfer to a cutting board, carve and serve hot. Enjoy!
