Recipe: Lavender Sugar Cookies

Lavender Sugar Cookies

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup white sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 cup butter, softened

1 egg 1/2 teaspoon Sweet Dandelion Vanilla Extract 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Sweet Dandelion Lavender Extract Sweet Dandelion Lavender Sugar for decoration

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and grease the paper. Whisk flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Stir butter and egg into flour mixture until smooth; add extracts. Gently mix again until thoroughly combined. Drop dough by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with Lavender Sugar. Bake until cookies are fragrant and edges turn light golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
