8 lettuce leaves
2 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1-2 Tablespoon Sweet Dandelion Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups coleslaw
1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1 lime, cut in slices
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Sweet Dandelion Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Sprinkle Jamaican Jerk Seasoning over chicken an toss making sure each piece is seasoned. Add chicken to skillet and cook 5-7 minutes (pieces should be fairly small).
Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise and Jamaican jerk seasoning
Assemble the lettuce wraps: top each leaf with some coleslaw, chicken, green onions, cilantro, peanuts, and then drizzle with a bit of the mayo sauce. Wrap them up and enjoy!
