A delicious snack mix that is great to take on a road trip, to a party, or to your couch! This is so easy, quick, and tasty! One of my favorite late night snacks!
Party Mix using Nuts, Pork Rinds, and Sweet Dandelion Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
Ingredients
1 small bag of pork rinds (2.5 oz) I like to use either the sea salt or the salt and pepper flavor
½ Cup Pecans
½ Cup Almonds
½ Cup Cashews, Walnut, or any other nut
6 TBSP Butter, melted
2 TBSP Sweet Dandelion Ranch Seasoning (use more or less to taste)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 250° Fahrenheit.
Crunch up the pork rinds a bit to make them smaller
Combine the pork rinds and nuts in a large zip lock type bag (can use large bowl)
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and Sweet Dandelion Ranch Seasoning with a whisk.
Pour the butter mixture over the pork rind mixture and toss to coat each piece.
Spread the party mix evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 250° F for 1 hour, stirring 3-4 times.
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container or place in a bowl to snack on right away...yum!
Notes
You can use 1 ½ cups of mixed nuts instead of the Pecan, Almonds, Cashews. I just prefer my mix with no peanuts.
