Fresh Sauteed Vegetables with Sweet Dandelion Steak Seasoning

  • Use Fresh Vegetables of Choice Cut to Size. (pictured: zucchini, green beans, peppers,)

  • Add olive oil to pan and heat over medium high.

  • Add vegetables once oil is warm, cook a few minutes until brown color begins.

  • Sprinkle in 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Dandelion Steak Seasoning. Add more if you like spice.

  • Turn heat down and turn every few minutes until vibrate color appears.

  • Top with a sprinkling of ground pepper and serve with protein and grain.
