Cold infusion: 2 TBSP tea per 2 cup cold water. Place in lidded jar, shake, refrigerate at least 2 hours


Hot Infusion: 1 TBSP tea per 8 oz of hot water. Steep 10-15 minutes

Optional: honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
