Serving suggestions:
Add  2 TBSP tea blend to 2  cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 20 minutes. Strain. 
Or
Using a French Press
Place 2 TBSP  tea in the French Press, pour 2 cups boiling water over the tea. Steep overnight.
Sweeten as desired 
 
Options:
Add finished tea to chilled sparking water
Make a cordial- add a sweetener, lemon juice. Then mix 1 part to 4-5 parts sparkling water
Add frothed milk
Make a chai- add cardamom, clove, black peppercorns
