Sweet Dandelion Mustard Dry Rub pairs beautifully with pork and chicken. Whether grilling or roasting this is a fabulous rub to have on hand.

To use as a rub: 1 Tablespoon of Rub to 1 pound of meat. Spread generously, rubbing it in. 
Cook using your desired method.

For a Glaze: mix rub with equal parts of honey and balsamic vinegar
